Taormina Panoramic Hotel

Our stay at the panoramic was wonderful because of the very helpful staff. Pietro, Antonio and the staff were fantastic when it came to advice on restaurants and making a booking for us ensuring we got a great table. Also giving us directions when we hired a car. The proximity of the hotel to the cable car is only 5 mins. Walk to get to the centre of town a must to avoid the climb up the hill in the warm weather or at any time. Lovely breakfast!

The hotel has a great location, with a direct view over the Isola Bella and the ability to just walk to the beach (and there is a diving center just there too). It is quite modern, having been recently renovated with a spacious and functional room. The breakfast and the pool were equally nice. And if you want to join the fun, just take the funicular to the center of town. Overall, we had a great stay at Taormina and would certainly recommend this hotel to others.

The lunch area of the hotel becomes quite hot because of the material that covers it, making it not so pleasant to eat in the hotel in the middle of the day. The pool also closed earlier than what we (our child) would have liked. The hotel has an arrangement with beach other than the one in front that we thought was not worthwhile at all!

Modern place, extremely comfy beds, accommodating staff. Delightful views of sea and incredible breakfasts with a great view and very good-simple, for example.

The management and staff were fantastic as is the view from the hotel.

The hotel has a great location overlooking the gorgeous bay/island Isola Bella. What struck us was how genuinely friendly and helpful the staff was. Everyone did their outmost to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

The hotel staff were fabulous. They couldn't do enough to help you but not in a pushy way....nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spotless. Breakfast was very good, so much choice/quality.

Would have liked kettle etc in room to make own drinks.

All rooms with sea view and balcony, swimming pool on 5th floor overlooking the bay, staff very helpful and friendly.

Main road passes right next to the hotel, not a place for strolling.

The staff especially Pietro, were incredibly professional and very helpful in advice and support. The staff across the hotel were very pleasant and very well trained always seeking to make our stay as good as it could be.

Our stay at the Panoramic Hotel was highlighted by seamless service from the staff and amazing views of Isola Bella from our balcony. The poolside atmosphere was relaxing, making our vacation lovely.

The view, the convenience of being so close to both the beach and the cable car - for access to the old town, the breakfasts, the cleanliness and the friendliness of all the staff.

The beautiful view of Isola Bella and the truly delightful and helpful staff who helped make our stay such a pleasure. We were so close to the funicular that getting to the town centre was not a problem. There are some delightful restaurants with extraordinary views literally across the road. We are going back again.

The beds are too hard.

Wonderful location, very convenient, much better than any other hotel in Taormina, as if you want to go downtown, you just walk 5 min and cacht the funiculare. View is splendid. Breakfast is wonderful, with a lot of varieties and very beautiful view. I wanted breakfast to last forever. Besides Pietro, at the reception with his wonderful smile was very very gentle and attentive. I would much rather stay there than in any other 5 star hotel in the area. ( I visited all)

everything was perfect

The Panoramic hotel is a nice hotel over looking the sea and Isola Bella. The beach is just across the street, down a flight of stairs. The rooftop pool at Panoramic offers beautiful views of the ocean. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly from start to finish and even surprised us with a lovely bottle of Prosecco on our third night, which we enjoyed on our ocean view balcony. The hotel is just a short walk to the funicular, which takes you up into the centre of town. We booked a room with breakfast included, which is available until 11am. Free Wifi was offered and they also arranged for our taxi from the airport to the hotel with a nice driver who they use regularly. Overall a very nice stay with Panoramic Hotel and will return in the future.

The breakfast includes hot and cold options, however we weren't impressed with the hot breakfast. The eggs were a bit too salty. The bed is two twin beds pushed together and the mattresses were a bit hard. Could hear the guests above us walking around, so the walls were quite thin.
